The redevelopment accommodated a diverse mix of tenants, including Fresh Monkee Smoothies, Btone Fitness, Back9Golf, and flexible CoWork spaces designed for small business owners such as life coaches, physical therapists, psychotherapists, media agencies, and realtors.
